Reservations
All reservations whether made by telephone, on-line or e-mail are to be considered as a binding agreement and full payment will be required unless proper notice of cancellation or amendment is received ( minium 2 nights stay required )
Payments / Deposits
Deposits can be made by Debit/Credit Card, or Cash
A non refundable deposit equivalent to the first night of stay is payable at time of booking.
Any outstanding balance to be paid on arrival by Debit/Credit Card or Cash.
Cancellations Policy
If cancelled up to 5 full days before the date of arrival, then loss of deposit.In the case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged
If the deposit has been paid using a credit or debit card authorised account number, then any payment due owing to cancellation, curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number by Rhoslyn Hotel.
The Rhoslyn Hotel reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a party to that contract cause any detriment/damage to the hotel or to the well being or comfort of other guests including smoking or drinking customers own alcohol in our rooms.
Refunds
No refunds will be given for early depart or missed breakfast. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and at the management’s sole discretion.
Arrival and Departure
To cater for our arriving guests, rooms should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure and arrivals should be no earlier than 12 noon. We cannot normally guarantee early morning room availability although we will accept luggage should your circumstances dictate that you arrive early.
Keys / Damages
Lost Keys are charged at £15.00 per set which, if the deposit was paid using a debit / credit card, the “Party Leader” agrees that such payments and any payments for damages may be taken direct from the credit / debit card which was used to pay the deposit, without any further permission being required.
